Salvation Army wants to let any members who aren't working or who have had to let some people go during this crisis know that the Food Pantry at the Salvation Army Tri-City Corps is operating three days a week for residents of St. Charles, Geneva and Batavia.
The Food Pantry is located at The Salvation Army Tri-City Corps Joe K. Anderson Community Center at 1710 S. 7th Ave., St. Charles, Illinois. It is open Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. by appointment only by calling 630-377-2769 to register.
They have pretty much consistently gotten fresh food, which is available on Wednesdays. They also had the foresight to order some toilet paper before the crisis hit, so people will receive four rolls for as long as the supply lasts. They also often have some toiletries, diapers and baby formula. After registering, people can come once a month and receive two bags of groceries.
Senior Services Associates is open during our regular business hours, and available to assist with the services indicated in the attached flyer, throughout this difficult time.

TCHP provides free medical and dental care to low-income, uninsured residents of Central Kane County. As you can imagine, the COVD-19 pandemic is causing those without insurance a heightened level of anxiety and fear. Additionally, the vast majority of our patients work in nonessential industries, and are not working. Once this crisis is over, we are expecting a very large increase in patient visits and medication needs. We simply do not have the financial resources to handle the impending needs.
Current Services: TCHP is modifying services and operating via Telemedicine for patients as well as continuing to fill medications for existing patients.
